Purchase & refund policies

What you get

Wander is digital software: a Mac installation and renewal companion and an iPhone location-simulation app. The one-time license is $39 USD for one Mac, including app updates. There is no recurring subscription charge. You can release your linked Mac from your account page before activating another Mac.

Read the device requirements and limitations before purchasing. Installation requires Apple signing and device approvals. Apple’s free signing expires after seven days and requires renewal or reinstallation. Compatibility and results in other apps are not guaranteed.

Delivery and availability

Accounts with Wander access can download the current Mac installer from the account page. Creating an account alone does not grant access.

A successful payment links access and the installer download to the Wander account used at checkout after payment confirmation. The download is available once the payment has been processed; delayed payment methods must finish processing first. This is a digital product, with no physical shipping, shipping fees, or physical returns. If payment is confirmed but your account does not show access, contact support before paying again.

Refunds and cancellations

All sales are final, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

There is no subscription to cancel. You can leave checkout before completing payment. For a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, missing access or a problem with what was supplied, email support with your account email and receipt reference. Never include full card details. If a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Responsible use

Use Wander only on devices and accounts you are authorized to control. Follow applicable laws, export and sanctions restrictions, and the rules of services you use. Location simulation does not hide your IP address, replace a privacy VPN, or guarantee that a service accepts a simulated location. Wander is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Payment security

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout over HTTPS. Available payment methods and the final total are displayed there before you pay. Wander’s website receives payment confirmation and references, not your full card number or CVC. See our privacy policy for how account and payment information is used.
